Chinese salt can trigger allergies

Experts warn that the Chinese salt, whose real name is 'Mono Sodium Glutamate' (MSG), should not be used because it has a negative effect on the human body. It is stated that attention should be paid to the use of Chinese salt as it causes many diseases.
By giving information about the harm of Chinese salt, which caused many diseases, especially obesity, Dietician Dr. Gamze Şanlı Ak said, “Chinese salt, also known as 'Mono Sodium Glutamate' (MSG), is a flavoring food additive. Food manufacturers are using MSG to flavor food with the code E-621. Studies have found that MSG suppresses the feeling of satiety and causes more eating, and those who consume food containing MSG become hungry in a shorter time. For this reason, producers and sellers use Chinese salt for more consumption. In a way, it makes addicted to the food added. For this reason, we can accept it as one of the factors that play a role in the increase of obesity.”

Dietician Dr. Gamze Şanlı Ak said, “According to the regulation, it can be used within the limits of all foodstuffs except honey, butter and sugar.
