The project entitled “Miso Production Using Unconventional Legumes (Cowpea, Mung Bean and Black Chickpea), Identification of the Microorganisms Involved in Production, and Evaluation of the Quality Characteristics of the Final Product”, conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Berna Öztürk, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, has been awarded support within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1002-A Rapid Support Programme.
