Dear Students,

Please see the information below regarding the date, time, duration, classroom number, and exam regulations for the 1st Module Midterm Exam on November 11, 2024. Make sure to review al the information carefully.

Exam Regulations

• Arrival Time: Students must be at the exam classroom at least 15 minutes before the exam starts. No students will be alowed to enter the classrooms after the exam starts. 

• Identification: Students are required to bring their Student ID Card or a photo ID (e.g., passport) to the exam. Students who fail to present valid identification will not be alowed to take the exam.

• Exam Structure: The exam will begin with the Listening section, followed by Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading, and Writing sections.

• Exam Classroom: Students will take their exams at the classrooms specified in the list above.

• Electronic Devices: The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the exam area.

• Answer Sheets: Students must write their answers on the separate answer sheet provided. Answers not transferred to the answer sheet will be invalid, and no extra time will be given to transfer answers.

• Disciplinary Policy: Any attempt at cheating will result in disciplinary action under Articles 7-8 of the YÖK student disciplinary regulations.

All students and exam staff are expected to adhere strictly to these regulations to ensure a fair and orderly exam process.
