2023 Project Year (2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000150612) Erasmus Study Mobility Application Results Have Been Announced.

The Lists were created by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Score and 50% of the General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) of the students who apply for the Erasmus Internship Mobility. 

Students who are on the Main List should follow the process below:

• Students in the Main List must sign the covenant and submit it to the Erasmus Office if they want to participate in the program until 21.09.2023.

• In case the students who are on the Main List would like to cancel their mobility, they must fill in a Release Form and submit it to the Erasmus by 21.09.2023.

• Students who do not inform the Erasmus Office whether they will benefit from the program or not until 21.09.2023 will be deemed to released their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from the Erasmus total grade in their next Erasmus Mobility applications.

Students who are on the Reserve List should follow the process below:

• Students on the backup list can participate in Erasmus Mobility without a grant (within the quota of the host university) if they send a petition to the Erasmus Office until 21.09.2023.

• In case a student in the Main List waives his/her right, the grant right will be given to the next student in the reserve list.
• Even if the student in the Backup List starts the mobility without a grant and a student from the main list waives his/her right, the student who is currently participating without a grant will be paid the grant as soon as possible.
• Even if the student does not submit a petition for participation without a grant, they will be able to benefit from the mobility with a grant when the grant right comes to the student in the backup list. 
• -10 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus application if the applicant submits a petition for participation without a grant and gives up participating in the mobility without showing a force majeure.
• Due to the late announcement of the quota information to be alocated to the universities and the criteria for the new project period, the 2023-2024 academic year fal semester nomination dates have expired. Nomination of al students will be made for the 2023-2024 Spring semester. Istanbul Nişantaşı University and Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for this delay or any disruptions that may occur.
• Students who are slcted for mobility cannot participate in Erasmus study mobility unless they have courses which are 30 ECTS in total. Students who are entitled to Erasmus Study Mobility CANNOT perform their IMU internship within the scope of this mobility. Erasmus study mobility CANNOT be used as internship mobility.
• Our university cannot be held responsible if the applications of the candidates who will participate in the mobility are not accepted by their host universities, if the host university’s quota is full or if the application deadlines have passed. In this case, the students will be asked to choose another university that we have an agreement with. If no agreement is found or no slction is made, the application of the student will be canceled.
• Students do not have the right to change their host universities except for the cases mentioned above and not caused by them. University change can only be made with the approval of the Erasmus Department Coordinators if the courses do not match or the language of instruction is not in English.
• Students are responsible for checking their e-mails frequently, following al announcements published by the university and keeping in touch with the Erasmus Office. Otherwise, the student is responsible for any problems that may occur (for example, not checking his/her e-mail and missing the application date, not reading the announcements, not being aware of any updates, etc.).
   

IMPORTANT NOTE: Internship Mobilities to be carried out within the scope of this project are limited to the duration of the project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA131-HED-0001506129. The project end date is 31.07.2025. Therefore, the students must complete their internship mobility (for a minimum of 2 months) by this date. 

Orientation Program
 

An Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Internship Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given to the students. It is obligatory to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program for al students who are on the Main List and who are on the Backup List and want to participate in the mobility without the grant.

-5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not participate in the program without showing any force majeure.

Students who object to the results of their application can send us their objection petitions via email (erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr) until 20.09.2023 at 16:30. No objection will be accepted after the specified date. Petitions will be evaluated and positive or negative feedback will be given to the students.
