Erasmus Staff Mobility Application Results have been announced.

The staff on the main list must inform the Erasmus office via e-mail (erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr) by the end of working hours on December 7, 2023, whether they will participate in the mobility or not. -15 points will be deducted from the next application of the staff who waive their right without showing a force majeure after the relevant date. If one of the staff on the main list cancels the mobility, the next staff on the reserve list will be granted.

Staff on the backup list can participate in the mobility without a grant, with the approval of the Rectorate. Staff who would like to participate in the mobility without grant must submit their participation without grant petition to the Erasmus office by the end of working hours on December 7, 2023.

The staff cannot change their university unless there is a force majeure (such as the host institution rejects to host the staff members). Staff who are entitled to an institution in which no one has ever carried their mobility, can only change their institution to a different institution which also no one has ever carried their mobility in.

If you think there is a mistake in the application results, you can appeal to the Erasmus office via e-mail until the end of working hours on December 4, 2023.

If the objections to the application results are evaluated and there are any changes, the final version of the application results will be announced again on December 11, 2023. If there is no change, it will not be announced again.
