The application results for the 2024 project year Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (BIP) for Software Engineering and Business Administration students have been announced.

Students who wish to appeal the application results must send their objections via email to erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr by 20.01.2025, 13:00. Appeals submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Objections will be reviewed, and feedback—whether positive or negative—will be provided.

The Main and Reserve Lists included in this announcement may be revised as a result of the appeals, and changes to the list may occur. If changes are made, the final list will be announced on 21.01.2025. If no changes result from the appeals, the current list will remain valid.

Information About The Program:

The online component of the program is planned to take place between March 2025 - May 2025. The physical component will be hosted in Portugal by Instituto Superior Politécnico Gaya from 19-23 May 2025. As part of the program, a 3 ECTS workshop on "Entrepreneurship in IT" will be conducted. In addition to the workshop, various cultural activities, an opening reception, and closing events are included in the program.

For the 5-day physical mobility in Portugal, the total grant amount, including travel support, is 925 Euros, in accordance with the Erasmus Handbook (395 Euros for daily alowance [79*5=395 Euros] and 530 Euros for travel support).

What Students on the Main List Must Do:

• Students on the Main List must sign their Participation Commitment and submit it to the Erasmus Office either in person or via email by 22.01.2025, 13:00.
• If any student on the Main List release their right, the grant will be alocated to the next student on the Reserve List.

Students on the Main List who wish to forfeit their right must fill out the Release Form and submit it to the Erasmus Office by 22.01.2025, 13:00.

NOTE : Students who withdraw from the Erasmus Mobility after being slcted will have 10 points deducted from their total score in their next application if they withdraw after the deadline.

Students who fail to notify whether they will participate in the mobility by 22.01.2025, 13:00, will be considered to have forfeited their rights. In such cases, 10 points will be deducted from their total Erasmus success score in the next application period.
