The results of Erasmus KA-171 Staff Training Mobility applications within the scope Erasmus Project numbered 2024-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000219519 have been announced.

“During the evaluation and final decision-making process for these applications, there is no personal relationship between the evaluators and the applicants that could affect the objectivity of the evaluators. The decision has been made in accordance with the principles of objectivity and transparency.”

The evaluations were assesed in accordance with evaluation criteria specified in the Application Guide and within in the framework of the Erasmus Programme Guide. Click here to view the Guide.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

1. Priority has been given, in accordance with the Erasmus Operational Handbook to staff members who themselves or whose first-degree relatives receive support from AFAD and provide the relevant documentation.
2. As a result of the evaluation, staff members with the same score were ranked according to their length of service at the institution, from the longest to the shortest.
3. Placements were made based on the staff members’ final scores, language proficiency levels, and the available places at the universities they preferred.
4. For staff members pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree in countries whr English is an official language, or who are citizens of such countries, a language score equivalent to YDS 80 has been recognized.
5.  Staff members engaged in Artificial Intelligence-related activities within the scope of the 2021–2025 National Artificial Intelligence Strategy prepared by the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye were given priority, provided that they submitted the relevant documentation.

If you think that there is a mistake in the application results, you may submit your objection by email to the Erasmus Office by Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The Main and Reserve Lists published in this announcement may be updated following the evaluation of objections, and changes may be made to the lists. In the event of any changes, the final list will be announced on September 3, 2026. If no changes are made as a result of the objections, no new list will be announced, and the current list will remain valid.

Staff members included in the Main List are required to inform the Erasmus Office by email at erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr by Tuesday, September 1, 2026, whether or not they will participate in the mobility.

Staff members who do not notify their participation status by the specified deadline or who withdraw after the specified deadline without a force majeure reason will have 10 points deducted from their score in their next application. If a staff member included in the Main List withdraws from participating in the mobility, the grant will be awarded to the next staff member on the Reserve List.

Staff members included in the Reserve List may participate in the mobility without a grant, subject to the approval of the Rectorate. Staff members who wish to participate without a grant are required to submit their request for participation without a grant to the Erasmus Office by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The request form for participation without a grant should only be completed by staff members who wish to participate in the mobility without a grant. There is no need to submit a request for participation without a grant in order to remain on the Reserve List and wait for a grant alocation.

Staff members who submit a request for participation without a grant within the specified period but subsequently do not participate in the mobility or withdraw without a force majeure reason will have 10 points deducted from their score in their next application.

The host institution cannot be changed unless there is a force majeure reason, such as the institution at which the staff member is entitled to carry out the mobility not accepting the staff member.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The mobilities to be carried out under this project are limited to the duration of project 2024-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000219519. Considering the time constraints and the details of the planning process, staff members who are entitled to receive a grant are expected to complete their mobilities by December 31, 2026.
