Applications of our staff who wish to benefit from the Erasmus Staff Training Mobility within the scope of the project numbered 2024-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000219519 will be received ONLINE via turnaportal.ua.gov.tr between July 13, 2026 – August 13, 2026.

During the application for Erasmus Staff Training Mobility, it is mandatory to choose only from the following KA-171 contracted institutions.

Important Note: Before applying, it is important to carefully read the guide in the link to obtain detailed information about the mobility process.
Who Can Apply?
Staff members who wish to benefit from the staff training mobility must be full-time or part-time staff actively working at our university. Permanent staff status is not required for personnel employed at our university; personnel who have a contract with our university can benefit from the activity. Personnel whose permanent position is in a different institution but who work at our university on a contract basis apply for mobility from the institution whr they actualy work, not whr their permanent position is.
How to Apply?
Our staff must submit their applications by logging into the application portal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/) via the e-government platform and slcting the relevant announcement.
The required documents for the application are as follows:
-(If any) English foreign language exam result document from an exam type accepted by ÖSYM, such as YDS, YÖKDİL, TOEFL (or a document verifying a score accepted as equivalent)
-Document proving if the applicant is a relative of a martyr/veteran or a veteran personnel (if any).

Activities related to Artificial Intelligence within the scope of the
2021-2025 National Artificial Intelligence Strategy prepared by
the Presidency Digital Transformation Office
Participating in mobility in the country of citizenship

To those who were entitled to go to Erasmus the previous year but gave up without presenting a force majeure
Applying for more than one mobility type at the same time (a reduction is applied
to the mobility type(s) preferred by the personnel)
Quotas:
The total quota alocated for Erasmus training mobility is 10 people for the whole university, within the university quotas below.

Additional Grant for Staff with Disabilities:
Beneficiaries with disabilities participating in the Erasmus program (provided it is documented) can be given an additional grant to help with their specific needs, in addition to their standard grants. For detailed information on the subject, please visit the Erasmus office or contact the Erasmus Office via the e-mail address erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The closing date of the 2024 Project is 31/07/2027. In this context, for the effective and efficient use of the grant, personnel who are entitled to perform mobility are expected to complete their mobilities by 31.01.2027. The grant right of the personnel who have not started their mobility processes by the relevant date will be transferred to the next personnel on the reserve list.
