Within the scope of Project No. 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000195958, applications of our administrative and academic staff who would like to benefit from Erasmus Staff Training Mobility will be accepted ONLINE via turnaportal.ua.gov.tr between 16 February 2026 and 28 February 2026.

Note: Before applying, it is important to carefully read the guide provided via the link in order to obtain detailed information about the mobility process.
During the application, it is mandatory to slct 3 preferences from our list of partner universities. For the list of partner universities, please click here.
Important Note: The end date of the relevant project is July 2026. Accordingly, staff members who are entitled to participate in the mobility must complete their mobility no later than 30 June 2026.
Considering the time limitation, it is recommended that staff members who do not currently hold a green passport or a valid Schengen visa make their preferences only for North Macedonia or Serbia, whr Turkish citizens can travel visa-free.
Who Can Apply?
Staff members who wish to benefit from Staff Training Mobility must be actively employed at our university on a full-time or part-time basis. No tenure requirement is sought for staff employed by our university; personnel who have a contractual relationship with our university may benefit from the activity.
Staff whose official position is at another institution but who work at our university under contract must apply for the mobility through the institution whr they are actively employed, not through their home institution.
Important Note: Academic staff who are obliged to teach courses at our university are also eligible to apply for Erasmus Staff Training Mobility under this announcement.
How to Apply?
Staff members must log in to the application portal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/) via the e-Government system and submit their applications by slcting the relevant announcement.
Required Documents for Application:
Note: As stated in the guide, staff members must make their country preferences according to their language scores. Applications with incompatible preferences will be considered invalid.

Quota:
Staff members on the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant, subject to Rectorate approval.
Additional Grant for Staff with Disabilities:
Disabled beneficiaries participating in the Erasmus program may receive an additional grant (provided that the disability is documented) to support their special needs, in addition to their standard grant.

Important note: Under project no. 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000195958, a Rectorate decision has been made, in line with the guidance of the Turkish National Agency, to apply a –10 point deduction to staff members who have already participated in Erasmus staff mobility within the same project year.
