ANNOUNCEMENTS

All application, slction, and placement procedures to be carried out within the scope of the 2026 Contract Period will be carried out online via turnaportal.ua.gov.tr, structured by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Human Resources Office with e-Government integration, aiming to increase merit and competence in employment, and to share job/internship announcements with the public in an effective, transparent, and reliable manner. Although the documents required for the application are specified in the application guide, these documents must be uploaded in pdf format to the relevant section of the portal during the application. The date range determined for the application procedures is 21/06/2026 - 06/07/2026, and applications will be received through the turnaportal.ua.gov.tr system. Applications made by hand delivery or other means of document submission outside the relevant platform will definitely not be accepted.

“The 2026 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. For this reason, being slcted for mobility with or without a grant as a result of your application within the scope of Erasmus student traineeship mobility does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive a grant or the amount of your grant will become finalized when the agreement to be signed with the European Commission and the subsequent grant alocation processes to be alocated to our university are concluded. Our university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise from delays or disruptions in the aforementioned agreement processes.”

NOTE: After the announcement of the Preliminary Evaluation Results and Final Selection Results, al objections, applications, and requests related to slction and placement can be forwarded to the e-mail address erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr. Our students are required to use their student e-mail addresses in al correspondence regarding their mobilities.

Points to Consider During Application

• The conditions regarding the mobilities to be carried out within the scope of the 2026 Project Year are included in the announcement text. Please make sure that you have carefully read the guide and the announcement text before making your application.
• The total quota for the relevant application is limited to 13 students. The faculty-based quota distribution is as follows:

• All documents to be uploaded to the application system other than your photograph [Transcript, Acceptance Letter (if any), etc.] must be in “Pdf” format.
• Our eligible students must complete their traineeship mobilities for a minimum of 2 months.
• If your department/faculty finds it appropriate, you can carry out your IMU internship within the scope of Erasmus. Please consult your head of department for eligibility approval.

Important note: Applications of students who do not upload the mandatory documents requested during the application will be considered invalid. It is not mandatory to upload an acceptance letter during the application. However, 10 points are given to students who upload their acceptance letters during the application.

After the applications, students who are entitled to participate in the Erasmus mobility with a grant or who are on the reserve list and fill out a non-grant participation petition (if they did not submit an acceptance letter during the application) will be given 30 days after the announcement of the results to find an acceptance letter and submit it to the Erasmus office. Students who do not submit an acceptance letter at the end of 30 days will be deemed to have waived their right, and the grant right will be granted to the next student on the reserve list for the effective use of the grant.

Application Conditions:

• For Undergraduate/Associate Degree, students' CGPA must be at least 2.20/4.00

• For Master's and Doctorate, CGPA must be at least 3.00/4.00

• To have received 60 and above points for Erasmus Traineeship Mobility from the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam to be organized by the Department of Foreign Languages

An Orientation Program will be organized for students who are entitled to Erasmus Mobility. Detailed information about the mobility process will be provided in the orientation program. It is mandatory for al students who are on the Main List and have filled out a non-grant participation petition to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program. Students who do not attend the program without showing force majeure will have -5 points deducted from their next Erasmus applications. Details regarding the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.

Note: Since it will not be possible to proceed without making a choice during the application, you must slct the "Erasmus Traineeship Mobility" option from the preference list. If you have agreed with an institution for the traineeship, you can notify the Erasmus Coordination Office of the institution's information via e-mail before applying, and complete your application after the relevant institution is added to the system.
