Regarding the country - wide effects of the earthquake centered Kahramanmaras the below explanation was made by the Council of Higher Education ( YÖK) on 11th February 2023. " 2022-2023 Academic Year spring semestre has been decided to be carried out in form of distant learning. The details about distant learning, the precautions to be taken in this context, the health programmes such as Medicine, Dentistry, internship and workplace training and similar issues will also be discussed and shared with public on forthcoming days". In the meeting of our Senate on 13th February 2023, 2022-2023 academic year spring semestre lessons were decided to be carried out face to face or in form of distant learning through Sanal Kampüs which will be optional as offered by hybrid learning. The detailed information about how to carry out the educational activities in the spring semestre will be shared relying on the announcement which is expected from the Council of Higher Education as stated in their press briefing.
