IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2022 -2023 Academic Year Spring Term Final Exams will be held online between 10-18 June 2023 on the Virtual Campus.

Some of the problems experienced by our students are listed below. If you pay attention to these warnings it may help you (https://sanalkampus.nisantasi.edu.tr).

· You can access the exam program at https://www.nisantasi.edu.tr/duyuru/20222023-akademik-yili-bahar-yariyili-final-sinav-programi-137067. Be sure to check the time of your exams during the exam week.

· Log in to the virtual campus on the day of the exam. If you have a user password problem, you should send an e-mail to sanalkampus@nisantasi.edu.tr or the forgot password section in the system to reset your password. During the exam week, the return to e-mails may be delayed due to the intensity. Therefore, be sure to check the accuracy of your password beforehand.

· Log into the exams from google chrome browser and normal version. We recommend that you do not use the mobile application or ALMS version in exams.

· If there is no upcoming exam activity on the virtual campus home page, you can enter the course and start the exam from the exam activity. The activity becomes active at the time of the exam.

· Your time starts when you start the exam. If you have an internet interruption or a problem on the page, you can log in to the system again and continue the exam from whr you left off. The time in between is deducted from your exam time. Therefore, without wasting much time, you should log into the system in the new tab and start the exam.

· If you click on “finish the exam (Sınav Bitir)” before your exam is over, you cannot return to whr you left off. After completing the exam “finish the exam (Sınav Bitir) “ botton should be clicked on.

· If there are errors in the questions, refresh the page, if the problem still exists, take a screenshot and send an e-mail to sanalkampus@nisantasi.edu.tr and the relevant academic unit. It is important that information such as page address and system time appear when taking a screenshot.

· Be sure to log in to the student's e-mail address before the exam. Send your mails from this mail account with std extension. http://mail.nisantasi.edu.tr
