2022 Project Year Erasmus Staff Mobility applications have been extended until 21.04.2023.

Please click to see the updated guide which was modified according to the Erasmus Instruction. After reviewing the guide please update your application on the system

When you complete your application, please submit your foreign language certificate (YDS, YÖKDİL or any language exam accepted by ÖSYM such as, TOELF or PTE) to the Erasmus Office until 25.04.2023. For those who do not have a language certificate or whose current language score was taken 7 years ago, an English language proficiency exam will be held by the School of Foreign Languages in the campus ​​on 25.04.2023.

APPLICATION STEPS:

1. Log into the system with your e-government password at erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr.

2. If you cannot see the application in the “ilanlar” section, add your staff information again manualy in the profile section.

3. Your information will be confirmed by us as soon as possible. After approval, you will be able to see the Erasmus Staff Mobility application under the “ilanlar” menu.

4. Click on the “başvuru yap” button.

5. In the “onay” step, click on the “başvuruyu tamamla” button.
