Dear Alumni,

You are graduating from Nişantaşı University with great dedication and success during the chalenging pandemic we have experienced globaly. We are proud of graduating you from our university as individuals who have been brought up in the light of science and will serve humanity with al their good will in one of the saddest times that have happened to humanity in recent years.

All associate, undergraduate and graduate students who are entitled to graduate will be able to attend the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic year graduation ceremonies.

Graduation Ceremonies will be held between September 23 - October 5, 2021, under the necessary conditions and in sessions, taking into account the pandemic conditions.

About Cap – Gown Supply;

As of Wednesday, September 22, 2021, gowns will be distributed at Nish Radio area. Due to the pandemic, cap and gowns will not be rented, there will be a sale price of 100 TL.

About the Terms of Participation

1. Completing the Participation Request Form (LCV)

Before attending the graduation ceremony of your relevant department, the form below must be filled in completely.

2. Regarding the Number of Participants

Only 2 extra people can attend the graduation ceremony, excluding the student. Due to the measures taken because of the pandemic process, only graduates will be admitted to the main hal whr our graduation ceremonies are held, and parents will be able to watch the graduation ceremony live in other designated areas.

3. HES Codes, Vaccination Cards and PCR Tests

All students and parents who will participate in the ceremony will be asked for the hes codes, vaccination cards or negative PCR test results taken at most 48 hours before the campus entrance.

Participation for our graduates who cannot attend the ceremony on our campuses:

Our graduates and their families who will not be able to physicaly attend the graduation ceremonies to be held on campus will be able to watch our ceremony on the Nişantaşı University Youtube channel, which will be broadcast live.

Students who are in their 8th semester in undergraduate programs and in their 4th semester in associate degree programs in 2021 and who have completed the required credits for graduation by taking courses from the Summer School will be able to take part in the graduation ceremony lists without being subject to a rating.

In master’s and PhD programs, only those who are entitled to graduate will be able to attend the ceremony.
