Dear Students,

The results of the İstanbul Nişantaşı University English Proficiency Test (NUEPT) Section I, held on 8 September 2026, will be announced at 17:30 through the link below:

The passing score for NUEPT Section I is 35 for students enrolled in English Language and Literature or English Translation and Interpreting, and 30 for students enrolled in al other departments and programs.

The results displayed in the system have the following meanings:

• Passed: Indicates that the student has achieved the passing score required for their department and is eligible to take NUEPT Section II.
• Failed 1: Indicates that the student has received a score between 21 and one point below the passing score required for their department.
• Failed 2: Indicates that the student has received a score between 0 and 20.

Students whose results are displayed as “Failed 1” or “Failed 2” have not achieved the required passing score and are therefore not eligible to take NUEPT Section II.

Students whose results are displayed as “Passed” will take NUEPT Section II (Writing and Speaking) on Thursday, 10 September 2026.

Writing Exam: 11:00

Speaking Exam: 13:00

The classroom assignments will be published tomorrow morning.

Exam Rules

• Please be present in your assigned exam room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled exam time.
• Please bring your student ID card and a valid photo ID, such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence.
• Students who arrive late will not be admitted to the examination.
