ANNOUNCEMENTS

To the Attention of Students Who Will Study Optional, Guest and Compulsory English Preparatory (including YÖS students) who have NEWLY Registered to our University;

2022-2023 Academic Year English Preparatory Program English Placement Test (EPT/ISTS) will be held on Monday, October 03, 2022 between 09:00 - 18:00 in computer laboratories and classrooms; The English Proficiency Exam (EPE) will be held on October 04-05, 2022, Tuesday and Wednesday at Maslak 1453 NeoTech Campus in the classrooms of the university campus.    

In this context; 

1. In order to determine the exam hours and sessions of the NEW registration students who will participate in the ISTS/EPT compulsorily, they must fill out the ISTS/EPT registration form to be published on the foreign languages page (www.nisantasi.edu.tr) on our website (http://yabancidil.nisantasi.edu.tr) and send it before the exam date.  

2. There are a total of 50 questions in the ISTS/EPT and the exam consists of grammar, vocabulary and reading comprehension questions. The results will be announced on our website at the end of the same day.  

3. In this exam, students who score 50 and above out of 100 will participate in the English Proficiency Exam to be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 04-05, 2022 in the classrooms of the university campus.  

 4. Student exam hal lists will be announced in the http://yabancidil.nisantasi.edu.tr web page before the exam. 

5.English Proficiency Exam is an exam that measures four basic skills consisting of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Depending on the way the exam is administered, one of the skills may not be included in the EPE. The EPE is at least at level C1 according to the CEFR criteria.  

 6. English Proficiency Exam results will be announced on Friday, October 07, 2022 on the website of our university.
