Dear Student,

Within the scope of the protocol signed between the Council of Higher Education and the Directorate of Immigration Management of the Turkish Republic Ministry of Internal Affairs on 29.11.2023, students will apply for residence cards from their universities.

Application file submissions will be made to the international student office at our university on Thursdays between 10:00 - 13:00.

Students whose application files have been made will receive an official document from the international office indicating that the process has started.

Students can get free support from the ISAC International Students Assistance Center, located next to the information desk every weekday, during the residence card application preparation phase.
