Dear Students;

Students who will take the 2021-2022 Academic English Preparatory Year Program Proficiency Exam, which will be held on Tuesday, October 05, 2021 and Thursday, October 07, 2021, are expected to strictly abide by the following rules;

• A student card or a valid ID (Identity Card, Passport) must be presented at the entrance and during the exam.

• No students will be admitted to the class for any reason, 30 minutes after the start of the exam.

• Students who take the exam cannot leave the classroom for the first 45 minutes after the exam starts.

• During the exam, mobile phones, tablets, etc. al electronic devices should be stored in a turned – off state and a visible place. Otherwise, the student's exam will be deemed invalid.

• If any student is found to be cheating or attempting to cheat, a report will be kept about the student, his/her exam will be canceled and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.

• Every student has to sign the signature paper presented to them that he/she has participated in the exam. Otherwise, he/she will be considered as absent.

• On the exam day, we remind you that you will enter the campus with an indefinite HES code. After the HES code check, if the student is not in contact with a COVID 19 patient or inflicted, they will not have any problems in entering the campus.

• Mask use is mandatory on campus and during the exam.

• On the day of the exam, an information desk will also be set up to assist you at the entrance.

Note: Every student who attends and signs the exam is deemed to have accepted the rules stated above.
