As part of the “19 May Youth Festival: High School Students Compete” event organised by the Department of Sports Management at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, a sports knowledge competition was held at Küçükçekmece Tevfik İleri Anatolian High School on 15.05.2026, 18.05.2026 and 22.05.2026.

The event, which aimed to encourage high school students to develop an interest in sport, foster team spirit and promote sports awareness in an enjoyable way, attracted considerable interest from the students. The interactive competition, which brought together sport and general knowledge, was successfully completed with the support of the school administration and teachers. At the end of the competition, jerseys, bals, trophy mugs, as well as tote bags, pens, notepads and notebooks provided by our university, were presented to the highest-ranking teams.

Our Sports Management students Emir Muhammet Özer, Poyraz Kırdar, Nuri Samet Soyaroğlu and Mustafa Kağan Çetkin, who formed the event team, gained valuable experience in areas such as sports event management, time planning and on-site operations through this activity.
