As Nişantaşı University, we host nine Ph.D. candidates from Turan University, Kazakhstan, at NeoTech Campus for nine days within the scope of a scientific research internship program. This scientific research internship program is an example of the international student exchange programs that Nişantaşı University has actively developed and participated in. In the scope of exchange program at Nişantaşı University between 29th of November and 9th of December 2021, visiting doctoral students were taught trainings such as scientific research techniques, digital data scanning methods, and academic publication authorship by distinguished Nişantaşı University faculty members Prof. Dr. İlhami Çolak, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Şahin, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hasan Alpago, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat Bornovalı, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Kale and Assist. Prof. Dr. Aysegul Güner Bayraktaroğlu. In addition to the pieces of training, visiting Ph.D. candidates take steps to improve cooperation between universities by making contact with faculty members and administrative units related to their fields of expertise in line with the goal of a joint publication. Nişantaşı University aims to contribute to both our university and the universities we cooperate with in terms of international scientific publication authorship by implementing such a student exchange program.
