EVENTS

Our event titled “Approach to Patients in Shock in the Pre-Hospital Setting,” organised by the First and Emergency Aid Programme, was successfully held with strong participation and interest. During the event, the importance of managing patients in shock in pre-hospital emergency healthcare services, current practices and field experiences were discussed in detail. We extend our sincere thanks to our guest, Paramedic Ozan Bilgin, for contributing to the event by sharing his valuable knowledge and professional experience.

We would also like to thank Lecturer İhsan Kurt, who moderated the event and ensured that the programme proceeded efficiently and interactively, as well as Lecturer Esma Atalan for her valuable contributions and support.

We were pleased to observe once again that such events, which make a significant contribution to improving our students’ professional knowledge and awareness, enable theoretical knowledge to be integrated with field practices. We thank al our students who attended and everyone who contributed to the organisation. We would also like to emphasise that we will continue to increase the number of events supporting academic and professional development.
