An art wal project was held with the first-year students of Nişantaşı University Faculty of Art and Design, Textile and Fashion Design Department.

Art works of the first-year students of Textile and Fashion Design Department as part of Pattern and Aesthetics course were exhibited in the event organized by Dr. Kübra Şahin Çeken, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design. Expressing that they aim to make both designs and products visible in the exhibition presentation, Dr. Şahin Çeken said that they developed an idea of art wal which is used as a showcase. Each student was asked to bring a self-reflecting brick for the exhibition. The size of art bricks was 30x30 cm, they are made from 5mm-thick white model cardboard. A wal was built with bricks placed on top of each other. While there were fabric patterns designed by the students before the wal, there were brimmed hats made of fabric patterns designed on the back side.
