The second day focused on core pedagogical practices. In the morning, Sena Akyol presented on lesson planning, emphasizing the importance of well-structured lessons and walking teachers through each stage of a standard plan.

Later, Amir Hamidi conducted an interactive session on teaching strategies, covering feedback, teacher talking time (TTT), and methods for creating engaging, student-centered classrooms.

The final session was a workshop co-led by Sena and Amir, whr teachers worked in grps to design lesson plans. Several grps presented their outcomes, followed by peer reflections and trainer feedback, making the session both collaborative and practical.
