On February 17, 2026, the Foreign Languages Department held a professional development training program with the support of UES Türkiye, organized by our CPD Unit. As part of the program, three 75-minute training sessions were delivered by UES professional trainers Sena Akyol and Merve Akkurt.

The sessions focused on strengthening classroom communication, teaching reading and listening skills through activities connected to real life, and managing chalenging situations in the classroom by increasing motivation.

With the active participation of the Foreign Languages Department teachers, the program offered practical techniques that can be applied directly in the classroom and concluded with a shared evaluation of possible next steps.
