EVENTS

The English Debate Tournament organized among the Preparatory Program students of the Foreign Languages Department was successfully held during Module 4. Students from B1 Plus and B2 levels participated in the event, and the finalist teams from classes M-B2-07 and M-B2-08 had the opportunity to defend their viewpoints and engage in an academic discussion environment.

The debates, which brought together different perspectives, contributed not only to the development of students’ language skills but also to the improvement of their self-confidence and teamwork abilities.

At the end of the event, the members of the winning team received their awards from our Head of Department, Assoc. Prof. İhsan İkizer. We congratulate the students of class M-B2-07 for achieving first place through their outstanding performance and thank al participating students and instructors who contributed to the organization of the tournament.

Academic and social activities that encourage our students to actively use a foreign language will continue to be organized within the Preparatory Program in the future.
