As the Recreation Department of Istanbul Nişantaşı University, we organised a technical visit to ATRAX – 13th International Amusement, Park, Sports and Recreation Areas Exhibition to broaden our students’ sectoral perspectives and provide them with the opportunity to observe their theoretical knowledge in practice.

At the exhibition, one of the largest meeting points of the amusement and recreation industry, numerous innovative projects were examined, ranging from modern sports facilities and themed park designs to recreation areas and smart city solutions.

Throughout the visit, our students experienced through examples of professional practice that recreation management is not merely a planning process, but also a broad ecosystem that contributes to public health and improves quality of life.
