On December 18, 2024, as the Foreign Languages Department at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, we held the Kick-off Meeting for the Reflective Peer Exchange Project, which aims to foster collaboration, enhance teaching practices, and support the professional development of our academic staff.

During the meeting, the project’s objectives were discussed; topics such as student engagement and technology integration were addressed, and detailed procedures for the observation process were established. As part of our project, our academic staff will work in teams to observe and reflect on best practices with the support of structured forms and constructive feedback sessions. This initiative demonstrates our priority in promoting continuous learning and reflective practice, while once again affirming our commitment to supporting the professional growth of our academic staff.
