Ayhan Açar, a student in our university’s Master’s Program in Political Science and Public Administration, has received the Management Recognition Award in the 2025 Thesis Competition organized by the Memur-Sen Confederation. The award was granted for his master’s thesis titled “Human Resource Management, Employment, Labor, Wages, Working Life, and Trade Unions at PTT from 1990 to the Present,” supervised by Dr. Hakan Yıldız, a faculty member at our university.

We congratulate our thesis supervisor, Dr. Hakan Yıldız, and our student, Ayhan Açar, on this valuable academic achievement and wish them continued success.
