At the 24th International Business Congress hosted by Yasar University in Izmir, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ugur Yozgat and faculty members from the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sefa Ceyhan and Assist. Prof. Dr. Meric Esat Bebitoglu, successfully presented their paper titled “The Rise of Ghost Kitchens: A Bibliometric Analysis Using Visual Mapping Techniques.”

This academic study examined the concept of ghost kitchens, which has gained increasing importance in recent years due to digitalization and changing consumer behaviors. Through bibliometric analysis and visual mapping techniques, the research identified key trends in the literature, major research themes, and future directions within this emerging field.

The presentation made a valuable contribution to the academic literature while also enhancing our university’s representation within the international academic community.
