In this project, weaving workshops were established within Nişantaşı University in order to transfer the traditional fabric weaving in Anatolia to future generations and to increase its contribution to the sustainable economy. During the project, various trainings were organized for the sustainability of traditional models with the help of craftsmen and contemporary designers. In addition, a showroom was created at Nişantaşı University to ensure that the products that give a modern style to Anatolian fabric by using traditional hand-looms are branded under the name of 1453 Nish.
