Prof. Dr. Berrin Şahin Kalsın, Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, has been appointed to the WG4: Peace & Emerging Technologies working grp within the European Union-supported COST Action CA23129 "Peace Research Community Europe (PEACE)" project.

This significant international collaboration aims to explore the intersections between peace studies and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and digitalization, contributing to innovative research and effective policy development.

Prof. Dr. Kalsın’s role in this working grp will play a key part in developing sustainable peace solutions through an interdisciplinary approach, reflecting her commitment to bridging technology and peace research on a global scale.
