Nişantaşı University Vocational School of Health Services Electroneurophysiology Program has added a new activity to its efforts aimed at enhancing students' neuroscientific thinking skills.

In a special session moderated by Lecturer Fulya Bektaş, the film October Sky was evaluated from a neuropsychological perspective by Specialist Clinical Psychologist Fatoş Özer. The film was analyzed through themes such as the discovery of individual potential, environmental influences, learning motivation, and parent-child relationships.

Offering an interdisciplinary perspective on character behaviors, the neural effects of traumatic experiences, motivation, and emotional regulation processes, the session proved highly beneficial for students in terms of applying theoretical knowledge to practice and improving their analytical skills.

Film analysis sessions are planned to continue in the upcoming term.
