The project led by Assoc. Prof. Ayben Pakolpakçıl, a faculty member of the Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Textile and Fashion Design at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, aims to develop bioactive wound dressing designs and has been deemed worthy of support under TÜBİTAK's 2219 Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Abroad Program.

As part of this significant project, Assoc. Prof. Pakolpakçıl will continue her research at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany for 9 months during the 2025-2026 academic year, hosted by the renowned scientist Prof. Dr.-Ing. Habil. Dr. h.c. Aldo R. Boccaccini. Through her research conducted there, Assoc. Prof. Pakolpakçıl aims to make valuable contributions to both our country and our university.
