As part of the industry representative meetings, Istanbul Nişantaşı University’s Culinary Program hosted a special event titled "Chef at Sea", featuring guest speaker Superyacht Chef Neslin Kasap.

During the talk, Chef Kasap shared her experiences in superyacht cuisine, kitchen operations at sea, and her professional journey in the industry. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insights into this unique culinary field.
