A cooperation protocol was signed on 07.01.2026 between the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency Inc. (SPL) and the Department of International Trade and Business Administration.

The signing ceremony was attended by Serkan Karabacak, General Manager of SPL; Levent Hanlıoğlu, Director of Licensing Examinations and Registry at SPL; Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtıoğlu, Rector of Istanbul Nişantaşı University; Asst. Prof. Dr. Taşkın Subaşı, Director of the School of Applied Sciences; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Fulya Özdemir, Head of the Department of International Trade and Business Administration.

Within the scope of this cooperation, students of our university have been provided with internship opportunities and discounts on Capital Markets Licensing examination fees.

The Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency Inc. (SPL) is an institution authorised by the Capital Markets Board to issue licences to individuals who will work at capital market institutions and publicly held companies, maintain the registry of licence holders, and organise training programmes related to these licences.
