Within the scope of the protocol signed between Istanbul Nişantaşı University and the Provincial Health Directorate, a Diction and Public Speaking Training was organized for the personnel of the Provincial Health Directorate. The training was conducted under the coordination of Istanbul Nişantaşı University’s Continuing Education, Application, and Research Center (SEM) and delivered by Dr. Önder Paker, Director of the Conservatory.

The primary aim of the program was to enhance the verbal communication skills of healthcare personnel, enabling them to establish more effective communication with the public, patients, and colleagues. Throughout the training, participants gained knowledge on articulation, voice control, intonation, and effective speaking techniques, empowering them to express themselves more clearly and confidently.

This training not only strengthened the healthcare professionals' ability to communicate effectively in professional settings but also contributed to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. Istanbul Nişantaşı University’s Continuing Education, Application, and Research Center will continue to offer similar training programs to support the professional development of both public and private sector employees.
