The English Prep Classes Student Representative Committee was established and the first meeting was held on 18 December 2024 under the chairmanship of our Head of Foreign Languages Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. İhsan İkizer.

At the meeting, the activities to be carried out in order for our students to participate more actively in the educational processes and to communicate their needs more easily were discussed. The Student Representative Committee will take an active role not only in academic matters but also in social activities. It will also contribute to the further improvement of the educational processes by conveying the opinions and suggestions of the students directly to the Head of Department.

This meeting was an important step towards establishing a strong communication between students and department management. The English Preparatory Classes Student Representative Committee will organize events that will be the voice of our students and strengthen their ties with our department.

This activity is part of our goal as the Department of Foreign Languages to provide continuous support and development opportunities for our students.
