Within the scope of the "Empowering Women in Smal Enterprises" project, conducted under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Göknur Akçadağ and led by the Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center of Istanbul Nişantaşı University, in cooperation with @goknurakcadag and @bpwistanbul Business and Professional Women Istanbul Association (BPW), along with partners @turkonfed @sedefed @kagider @ceid @foder @timwings @tim, a webinar was held under the EU Civil Think Program.

The project aims to contribute to the empowerment and capacity development of smal enterprises, support women’s participation in the labor force, increase the presence of female employees, and enhance competitiveness.

Following opening speeches by SEDEFED President @emineperdem, BPW Istanbul President @ceylanguzekin, and INU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat, presentations were delivered by representatives from @hepsiburada, @manasuray, @butunernazan, @mujdecetin, @esraidris, @baharsamhilitanju, and @gizemsalcigilwhite.
