Students of our University’s Department of Industrial Engineering had the opportunity to observe the production processes of the automotive industry on site during a technical visit to the Ford Otosan Gölcük Factory.

During the technical visit, our students:observed automotive production processes,gained knowledge about lean production, quality, and operations management practices,connected their theoretical knowledge with a real production environment.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Müjdat Tiryaki and Ferdi Bozan, in particular, as well as the entire Ford Otosan family and al officials involved, for their valuable support and hospitality in planning and carrying out the visit.

We believe that university–industry collaboration plays a crucial role in the professional and academic development of our students, and we hope that such collaborations will continue to grow.
