Prof. Dr. Emrah İpek, Dean of İstanbul Nişantaşı University Faculty of Medicine, has been invited by the Board of Directors of the Turkish Society of Cardiology to become a member of the Scientific Board Subcommittee.

The subunits of the Board of Directors, established to increase the scientific effectiveness of the Turkish Society of Cardiology, develop closer relations with its members and contribute to academic studies in the field of cardiology, are appointed by the new Board of Directors following each general assembly.

This invitation, extended in recognition of Prof. Dr. Emrah İpek’s knowledge, academic experience and scientific contributions to the field of cardiology, has been regarded as a pleasing development for our Faculty.

We congratulate our Dean and wish him success in the activities of the Scientific Board Subcommittee of the Turkish Society of Cardiology.
