Istanbul Nişantaşı University has been granted official exam center status for Cambridge Linguaskill, one of the world's most widely recognized English language proficiency exams.

A new collaboration has been established between Foreign Languages Department at Istanbul Nişantaşı University and YDS Academy, one of the authorized test centers of Cambridge English.

As part of this collaboration, a protocol was signed between Yücel Yılmaz, Founder of YDS Academy, and Dr. Levent Uysal, Founder of the Nişantaşı Education Foundation. The signing ceremony, held at the Istanbul Nişantaşı University campus, was attended by Metin Önder, Kadıköy Manager of YDS Academy, Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtıoğlu, Rector of Istanbul Nişantaşı University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İhsan İkizer, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages.

Under the protocol, Istanbul Nişantaşı University has become an official exam center for Cambridge Linguaskill. The cooperation between the parties is important in terms of improving academic quality and certifying students' global competencies.

Developed by the University of Cambridge, the Linguaskill exam is described as a modern assessment system that measures the English proficiency of students and professionals in a fast, reliable, and objective manner in a digital environment.
