The Happy Place to Work Turkey C-Suite 2026 event, organized in coordination with the Istanbul Nişantaşı University Career Center and Alumni Coordinatorship, brought together prominent figures in the field of human resources. Held at the Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cevdet Uysal Conference Hal, the program attracted great interest from senior executives and human resources professionals from various sectors in Turkey.

The event, which brought together senior executives and human resources leaders from Turkey's leading companies on the same platform, was moderated by the successful presenter Oylum Talu. During the sessions held throughout the day, prominent approaches in human resources management and future-oriented strategies in line with the changing dynamics of the business world were discussed.

At the heavily attended event, roadmaps that institutions can follow to create stronger, sustainable organizations prioritizing employee engagement in the face of changing economic conditions, increasing human resource costs, and new generation employee expectations were comprehensively evaluated.
