The Sustainable Facility Management Summit, organized in collaboration with Istanbul Nişantaşı University and the International Facility Managers Association (TESYÖN), one of the leading non-governmental organizations in the facility management sector, was featured among the exemplary sustainability practices worldwide in the June slction of the Higher Education and Sustainable Development (HESD) Portal published by the International Association of Universities (IAU), UNESCO's official partner in the field of higher education.

The content published on the HESD Portal stated that the summit brought students together with current approaches regarding eco-friendly building practices, energy efficiency, smart technologies, and career opportunities in the field of facility management. It was emphasized that the event established a strong bond between theoretical knowledge and practical experience by bringing academics, sector professionals, and students together on the same platform.

Istanbul Nişantaşı University continues to strengthen its visibility on international platforms through its efforts that center on academic production, collaborations with the sector and civil society, an innovative educational understanding, and social contribution in line with sustainable development goals.
