Istanbul Nişantaşı University has been awarded the internationaly recognized ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate. This achievement comes as a result of comprehensive efforts led by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtoğlu, under the guidance of the Office of the Secretary General and the Directorate of Quality and Governance, and a successful audit process.

With this certification, our university has formalized its quality-oriented approach in education, research, administration, and social contribution, demonstrating a sustainable quality management system that prioritizes the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.

The coordination of the process was carried out by the Office of the Secretary General and the Directorate of Quality and Governance, with the devoted contributions of al academic and administrative units, embedding a culture of quality into the institutional structure.

Regarding the certification, our Rector Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Komsuoğlu Çıtıpıtoğlu shared the following remarks:

“This certificate is a clear indication that our university adopts quality not only in education but across al institutional processes. I congratulate al our colleagues, especialy our Quality and Governance team, and I believe we will continue to achieve many more quality-driven successes together.”
