Students from Istanbul Nişantaşı University's Tourist Guiding Program organized an engaging trip to Kariye Mosque on February 24, 2015, as part of their Mythology and Iconography course.

The visit, led by President of the Istanbul Guides Association (İRO) and Professional Tourist Guide Selçuk Eracun, along with Lecturer Hümeyra Demir, provided students with an in-depth exploration of Kariye Mosque’s unique mosaics, frescoes, and architecture. Recognized as one of the most significant examples of Byzantine art, the mosque alowed students to closely examine its historical and artistic elements.
