Hosted by Istanbul Nişantaşı University, the “Media Talks” event brought together experienced professionals from the media industry to discuss the phenomenon of disinformation from various perspectives.

The event featured Esra Çınar, Vice President of MAKDER; Mustafa Biçer, Regional Director of IHA Anadolu 1st Region; İclal Aydıngöz, TRT Radio Announcer; and Oğulcan Çoksayar, Sports Editor of Sözcü Newspaper. Each speaker addressed the impact of disinformation in the media field with examples from their areas of expertise. They emphasized the importance of accurate, ethical, and trustworthy journalism while also offering guiding advice to students preparing to enter the sector.
