Nişantaşı University and Touro College and University System sign an international cooperation agreement. The agreement paves the way for further joint academic and scientific projects on an international level and provides Nişantaşı University students the opportunity to study in undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs at Touro College.

Nişantaşı University signed a strategic cooperation with Touro College and University System, a prestigious university system in the USA, to expand its international strategic network and offer its students a diversity of international perspectives. As part of the cooperation, a broad range of joint projects are planned to strengthen the academic and scientific competence of the university internationaly.

Dr. Levent Uysal, Founder of Nişantaşı Educational Foundation said: “We are in the age of knowledge and globalization. Global mobility in the academic and scientific fields will continue to increase in the upcoming years. We want to raise global citizens who can combine the cultural diversity of the world with their national values. Because today, the core ingredient of societies is qualified citizens with a global mindset. In line with our target to be a part of this world developing with the mutual interaction of each country, we have signed this significant cooperation with Touro College and University System.”

JOINT ACADEMIC AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES

Along with the cooperation, a great variety of academic and scientific activities between the two universities will help students enrich their international university experience. Nişantaşı University will also assist the prospective students through the admission process by providing the necessary information about the related programs.

The cooperation includes a broad range of undergraduate and graduate programs in such fields as Health Sciences and Health Management as well as Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Psychology, and al international online programs of Touro College and University System. Nişantaşı University students may have the opportunity to reside in the graduate program dormitories of Touro, if available. In addition, Touro College’s international student office can assist students with visas status and other related matters.
