Organized in partnership with Istanbul Nişantaşı University, the Traditional Handicrafts Preservation and Promotion Association (GESKODER), and the Kamaleddin Behzad Museum of Oriental Miniature Art under the Uzbekistan Academy of Arts, the exhibition "Once Again from Istanbul to Tashkent: Traditional Turkish Arts" opened with a ceremony.

The opening was attended by illumination and miniature artist and instructor Jale Yavuz, GESKODER President Ayşegül Çebi, Chief Scientific Secretary of the Miniature Art Museum Abidjanova Feruza, Museum Director Gulabza Qarshıyeva, and Dr. Nâlân Beken.

In her opening speech, Jale Yavuz emphasized that the exhibition, featuring meticulously crafted works of illumination, miniature, and bookbinding by 20 artists, is more than just an art display. It is a meaningful step in preserving traditional arts, highlighting the shared cultural heritage of Turkey and Uzbekistan, and strengthening intercultural dialogue.
