As the Recreation Department of Istanbul Nişantaşı University, we organized a technical visit to the ATRAX – 13th International Amusement, Park, Sports and Leisure Areas Fair in order to broaden our students’ sectoral vision and provide them with the opportunity to observe theoretical knowledge in practice.

At this fair, which is one of the largest meeting points of the entertainment and recreation industry, many innovative projects were examined, ranging from modern sports facilities and thematic park designs to leisure areas and smart city solutions.

Throughout the visit, our students experienced through professional practices that recreation management is not only a planning process, but also a large ecosystem that enhances public health and quality of life.
