Istanbul Nişantaşı University continues to resolutely maintain its internationalization vision through the Erasmus Staff Training Mobility activities carried out within the scope of the 2024 Project Year Erasmus Program.

Within the scope of the program, our staff working in various academic units as well as many administrative units such as Financial Affairs, Student Affairs, Human Resources, the General Secretariat, and faculty secretariats successfully completed their Erasmus staff training mobilities at partner universities in our Erasmus partnership network.

As part of the mobilities, many partner universities were visited, particularly Università di Pisa (Italy), University of Foggia (Italy), ISPGAYA (Portugal), Singidunum University (Serbia), and the University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria). During the visits, our academic and administrative staff came together with the international offices, faculties, and relevant units of the host institutions, gaining the opportunity to examine the institutional functioning on site, observe good practice examples, and share experiences.

During the meetings, strengthening existing Erasmus collaborations, developing new bilateral agreements and joint projects, increasing student and staff mobility, and potential joint studies in the field of research were discussed. Thus, beyond the sharing of knowledge and experience, the mobilities also made a significant contribution to the development of sustainable academic and institutional collaborations between universities.

These mobilities, in which academic and administrative staff from different units participated simultaneously, once again demonstrated that Istanbul Nişantaşı University's internationalization strategy is being successfully implemented on an institutional scale. Thanks to its rapidly expanding network of international partner universities and increasing Erasmus activities in recent years, our university continues to strengthen its global academic visibility while creating a strong foundation for new research partnerships, international projects, and exchange programs.

Through the activities it carries out within the scope of the Erasmus Program, Istanbul Nişantaşı University aims to increase international experience opportunities for its students, academic, and administrative staff and to sustainably develop international collaborations in higher education.
